Hi, I’m Carly — a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO #14532). My mission is simple: to offer compassionate, client-centered support as you explore your experiences and move toward healing and growth.

I specialize in guiding individuals through common life challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationships, grief, self-esteem, and support around gender, sexuality, and identity. Together, we’ll cultivate a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

At the heart of my practice is building a trusting relationship with you through empathy and attentive listening. I believe in tailoring our work to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
