Individual psychotherapy involves working collaboratively with a registered healthcare professional. Psychotherapy, primarily conducted through meaningful conversations, is tailored to improve and maintain your mental health and well-being. Together, we'll work towards fostering positive transformations in your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and social functioning.

Do you find that your thoughts, feelings, or behaviours affect your daily life or relationships? Maybe you want to make a change, but you don’t know where to begin. I understand the vulnerability and courage it takes to reach out for help. You don’t need to navigate difficult times alone; no concern is too big or small!

I’m here to support you on your journey towards well-being, honouring your resilience and autonomy every step of the way. My approach values authenticity, compassion, empathy, and understanding, creating a safe space to explore your vulnerabilities and emotions.

In therapy, I aim to provide warmth and encouragement, empowering you to delve into your story, recognize your strengths, and align with your values to achieve your personal goals. While I am passionate about helping adults reclaim their narratives after trauma, I’m dedicated to improving and maintaining the mental health of people of all ages, genders, and sexualities.

Common areas I address include stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, identity exploration, life transitions, interpersonal issues, grief, and body image concerns. If you have other concerns not listed, feel free to reach out for a consultation. As a supervised Registered Psychotherapist, I work with diverse populations with a range of presenting problems.
